Pastian's Bakery of Albuquerque, NM has been serving the Albuquerque community since 1972. Since then, we have built a fan following that comes to us whenever they crave those tasty treats that please the palate, namely NM's State cookie, our famousBiscochitos, without denting the wallet. We're a family owned bakery with 28 employees. Our personalized attention ensures we maintain our high quality standards. We service over 100 wholesale accounts from restaurants and hotels to retirement and nursing homes, in addition to our retail store.
We are a full line, full service scratch bakery. We bake everything fresh, everyday. We pride ourselves by being able to deliver fresh, quality products everyday.
